We may not be able to hop over to Java just yet, but we can sure enjoy an evening of amazing Javanese-inspired food! Crane is pleased to welcome Bollywood Adventures back in their long-awaited Java Jaunts Supper Club. This experience is sure to transport you to the back streets of Bandung, Yogja and Jakarta.
Aisyah Khaleisha is a young Singaporean chef who hopes to share her family's love for Javanese food and culinary heritage with a wide audience. Her dishes are inspired by other international influences but stay true to the integrity of traditional Javanese food. These recipes use many indigenous vegetables, leaves and herbs to enhance the nutritional value and taste of the dishes.
